Description of the project :
This is a three-year project aiming at
1) facilitating the understanding of and consolidating the knowledge of building social capital via digital platforms in Hong Kong;
2) enhancing practitioners’ capacities in building and enacting social capital via digital platforms; and
3) forming a social and academic infrastructure for developing digital social capital building in Hong Kong.
