East and west shine; Knowledge and Action | Webinar of the “Dialogue: International Conference on Social Work Practice Research” was successfully held

The “Dialogue: International Conference on Social Work Practice Research” webinar was successfully held from 27 to 28 November 2021. This webinar involved about 3,000 people from Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, the United States, the United Kingdom, Vietnam, Kazakhstan and other countries.

Scholars and practitioners from Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Finland, the United States, the United Kingdom and other countries were invited to attend the webinar. In-depth dialogues on relevant topics such as epistemology and methodology, analyzing paradigms, evidence-based practices, ethical and cultural sensitivity, and domestic practices in social work practice research were conducted.

In just two days, the webinar integrated knowledge and action. The participants taught and learnt together. Let us continue to work hand in hand to promote the development of social work practice research in the future, to serve our country with research, and to contribute to people and society.
